Dertinger check opposing batters to two hits and four baserunners, none farther than second base. Oswego single runs in sixth and seventh innings make the difference. K. Lauria doubles to left with two outs and J. Drew produces first run with pinch-hit bingle to left-center. In the seventh B. VanDreason walks and J. Brockport bats awaken to carve out 13-11 win and earn split with Oswego whose Lakers for second straight day blank Brockport 2-0 in Sunday twinbill opener at Oswego. First conference setback for Oswego.

Alvarez follows with what proves winning two-run single to right. J Trink (.2inn) and J. McGovern (1.1inn, 7p) shut down Cardinals over final two innings. Plattsburgh outhits host 16-8 but leaves 11 runners on base. Eight Hawks with one hit apiece while J. Ortiz and M. Boccaross (hr) each score twice and Stalzer and L. Alvarez drive in two runs each.
