Looks like Cortland will be the #1 again. Also looks like Fredonia and New Paltz are out.  That leaves 4 teams for three spots. 9 wins usually gets you in and you have to assume that Brockport gets at least one against Oneonta so they are in.  Leaves Oneonta, Oswego and the Cardinals all fighting for two spots.  Oneonta needs 2 out of 6 to get to the 9 win mark but they have the toughest schedule left still having to play Cortland and Brockport. Oswego has three against bottom feeder Fredonia and a huge series against Plattsburgh.

PREDICTION: Cortland the #1, Brockport the #2, Oneonta the #3 (Tie-Breaker over Plattsburgh) and Plattsburgh the #4.

NOT NECESSARILY. We have some crazy games coming up this next weekend. Oswego plays tomorrow vs Plattsburgh and needs to win that to go 7-8. Which leaves Plattsburgh at 8-10 and done for SUNYAC play. Oneonta is 7-8 and has to go to Brockport and needs to win at least 1 of 3 to finish 8-10 and have the tie breaker over Plattsburgh since they beat them 2-1 in the series head to head. For Fredonia to make the 4th and final spot since they lost to plattsburgh 2-1 in the head to head this year, they need Oneonta to lose 2 out of 3 to finish 8-10 and they have the tiebreaker over them.

Not sure what this is, these standings are from 2 days ago.  Much has already been resolved.

Cobb, that was a lot of useless typing. Thanks for coming though.

Actually we see where CobbSpikes is coming from. Would have been better had he updated standings in his post. Believe his add-on graph ......Not Necessarily ..... takes exception to the earlier poster's prediction to the playoff lineup, with even Fredonia remaining in the hunt.

Cortland with the #1 is in. Brockport and Plattsburgh are in with only their seeds left to be figured out. NP and Fredonia are out. It comes down to Oneonta and Oswego. Oneonta has 3 with Brockport and Oswego has 3 with Fredonia. If Oswego takes all 3 than Oneonta needs to win two to get in (both will have 8 wins and O-State has the tie-breaker). If Oswego takes two than O-State only needs 1 from Brockport.

cstate,
I think you meant both would have 9 wins if Oswego wins all 3 and Oneonta wins 2.

Cards will be rooting for Oswego and Brockport this weekend. The best they can do is gain the 3rd seed, but that would avoid a 1st game matchup with Cortland.

Sunday: Plattsburgh 13, Oswego 10

Math never our strong suit .........

But we see Fredonia still with life .........as in sweeping Oswego puts Freds at 8-10 ..... Oneonta losing three to Brockport puts Oneonta at 7-11 ...or Oneonta losing two of three to Bport puts Oneonta at 8-10 (and losing tiebreaker to Freds).  What are we missing?

Plattsburgh State 13 Oswego State 10

Cardinals, down 8-5 after an inside the park home run by Oswego's John Rauseo, with 2 men on, in the bottom of the 6th, rally with 2 runs in the 7th and 6 more in the 8th to clinch a playoff spot.

jdex,
Math may not be your strong suit but I believe you are correct. Freds still with a chance, albeit a slim one. Plus k.
