If OxyBob ever found himself in clover, he'd complain that it gave him hay fever.

We are talking California........"clover", is this what the kids call it these days?

Both Massey and augie_superfan have made Redlands a 14 point favorite to reclaim The BeltTM tonight when they host Occidental. It could be another one and done in the SCIAC this evening.

Unless Ken Massey and augie_superfan actually speak to The BeltTM beforehand and ascertain its wishes as to its final destination that night, I don't think that they have anything to contribute to this subject.

I think we've pretty much figured out now that The BeltTM will go where ItTM wants to go.

If the belt goes where it wants to go, why did it take so long to get to California?

It looks like a fine is about to be levied.

Once again the Cal Techians are left wanting.......sadly there are a diminishing number of scenarios where Cal Tech would get a shot at The BeltTM.  This would be tragic.

Redlands 77 Occidental 55

The BeltTM has had a recent knack for going to teams who immediately go on the road.

The BeltTM seems to be enjoying it's transient California lifestyle.

If the BeltTM stays in California any longer, I'm pretty sure it'll score a medical marijuana prescription. Then it may be impossible to get the BeltTM to ever move again.

The first and still most accurate description of the D3 Championship BeltTM thread.

It seems to me that the BeltTM is behaving as if it is frustrated with its Southland adventure. It wants to see the sights, but it can't find anyone willing to take it to the beach, to Hollywood, or Disneyland; heck, even Watts Tower would do. But no, all it gets on this cut-rate California vacation are the dull sights of Whittier, Redlands, and Eagle Rock, and by now it knows every back alley in Claremont. If Coach Ducey looks away for a moment, he might find that the BeltTM has escaped out to hitchhike on the 10, heading east.

The BeltTM could be soaking up the sights on non-game days. I heard unconfirmed reports that The BeltTM was seen checking out the party scene after the Golden Globes a couple of weeks back.

I think The BeltTM has turn-by-turn GPS installed so it can find where it needs to go!
