I know Just Bill told us how The Belt^TM was passed around the UAA conference repeatedly a few years ago but I wonder if any team has won The Belt^TM 3 times in a 24 day span. That may be a new record. (And one that will be hard to beat) I'm thinking the Sagehens enjoyed winning The Belt^TM so much, the first time they did so, that they are deliberately tanking in their defense of The Belt^TM just so they can win it again and again.

You'd think that The Belt^TM would be opposed to that sort of capricious and self-serving behavior on the part of the Sagehens and would therefore block them from re-acquiring It^TM. But the ways of The Belt^TM are mysterious and deep.
