After a summer of ........... oh hell I don't know what they do in Wisconsin.

BTW, we have a brat fry about every weekend. We eat lots of fish on Fridays. We attend anything that ends in "fest," "fair," or "days" i.e., Summerfest, Brat Days, Bastille Days, Brady Street Days, German Fest, Italian Fest, State Fair, etc. We boat, camp and fish a lot too. I think every little town has a parade for everything. We try to keep busy here in Wisconsin.  ::) :o ;D

Whitewater has a Belttmfest

Flying Dutch Fan

As I was driving through the blizzard in West Michigan this morning (6-10 inches of snow overnight wiht 10-20MPH winds) I began to wonder if there was a potential for the UWW@Hope game tonight to be cancelled.  But I believe the glory of The BeltTM will overpower the wind and snow to permit UWW to make it safely to Holland.  HOPEfully their trip home will be wihtout The BeltTM, leaving them to deal with the elements on their own.

I took lots of pictures of The Belttm, they're all washed-out from the glory.  Fair thee well, until we meet again.

How does that go? Rocky theme song? Blur's Song #2? Limp Bizkit's Break Stuff? Inquiring minds want to know!

Wagner's "Ride of the Valkyries", I believe.

After all, Pat does have a spear and magic helmet (in addition to the metal folding chair).

Yes ......... magic helmet ............ and I'll give you a sample!

Greek Tragedy

I've made a call to the Oshkosh athletic office to request a reduction or elimination of their admission fee to this week's visit of Whitewater to Kolf. I've explained to them that the glow of The BeltTM should be plenty to light Kolf for the game against the Titans, thus eliminating the use of lighting and saving hundreds of dollars in energy. In addition the hoards of 100s that will come to feel the power of The BeltTM and all it's glory will add to the concession stand sales, if they decide to sell sunglasses.

Their response? "What's The BeltTM?"

I pity you.

The BeltTM would never do harm to those who seek to grasp its baubles.

Aw yeah. Wednesday night we got a real Battle for the BeltTM. Current holders UW-Whitewater travel to #1 Augustana. Although you can't truly be #1 without the Baubles and Gewgaws. Let's get it on!
