Just so people don't think i'm a one-league fan, Elizabethtown is getting two of our Easton Area High School's finest in Megan and Mallory Elias, twin guards who lit up the court during their playing years at Easton!

The question that needs to be answered...how did you not "steer" them towards the farm in D-town?

Looks like 2 new coaches will be introduced to the Landmark fairly soon as C. Ditzler has retired from Lyco & Juniata's coach Uhrich has accepted a re-assignment within the athletic dept.

Hi Saratoga and a belated Happy Easter to you!   That's funny, and sadly, it's been years since Hubby & i have been to a high school game, although, obviously, Easton's so close!   We don't head out at night anymore, but believe me, we cherish those memories of our MAC night games, even those up on Route 80 and above !  Sad that those two coaches are leaving their positions. Lyco's coach has been there forever.   Glad that the Juniata coach is staying at the school.  Very sadly, we were to just one Del Val game last season (we did see a win)!   Hopefully you all will enjoy another new season of basketball!   NYU was certainly a tough opponent!   Wish you guys were on Facebook, although i do want this site to remain super popular!

I know its only May 10th.Guess what Lady Royal fans only 5 months for first practice.S.O.S will be alot better then last year!!Coach Obrien will return alot(Smiling)and with the newcomers should be another great year plus.I know spring and summer is just starting.Im  not trying to make it fly by but this Lady Royal is very very excited.Keep it up Coach Obrien.

  She committed less than a day later to another D1 program; Scranton had some advantages if she chose a D3 school, but .... Looking forward to the remaining announcements; will it be a total of 5 or 6 or ...?

Don't see any impact players in this incoming class.
All appear to be a few years away from taking over the reigns.
And, with what the Lady Royals return...that's ok.
Had my hopes up for a few days that Kylie Lavelle may transfer back home from Penn St. but the word is she's headed to St. John's (good luck with that).

On another topic...looks like Trevor lost 6 kids to the transfer portal this year at Bucknell.
Two seniors, three sophs., & one frosh.
The soph's all played considerable minutes.
This portal has to be driving coaches crazy.

She is set on D1.Im not sure if its the Dad or her with these transfers.Hopefully she finds the right fit before her 4th year is up.After the transfer from Drexel to Penn State after she went into transfer portal.My  hopes like yours was there but then I remembered someone saying her dad likes free rides/We all do.So my question is do you think coaches start thinking like 3 teams in 3 years.Seems to me her playing time  will not get better at St Johns.But to me she is a Small d1(Lehigh,Lafayette,Bucknelland yes Drexel) player not a Big Ten or Big East player.Just my opinion!!

Well another great Freshman class for Coach Obrien.I thought I would see another Romanowski on the team.Nice recruiting class 3 guards and 2 forwards. Plus what is coming back from last year.Yikes
