Surprised they let her in.  ;)
So young hero, ask yourself............................Do you want to go to college, get a good education, and play (basketball)(football), or do you want to go to college, get a good education, and watch (basketball)(football)? 🤔 😏

Don't surround yourself with yourself. 🧍🏼‍♂️(Yes)

Not really a shirt/sticker/decal, but I just found out that one of my neighbors played ball at Swarthmore before the program was shuttered.  His wife seemed a little put off by how excited I was to talk about DIII football once she told me.

Well, that is too bad and a shame. That is also her problem and she'll just have to deal with it-she's an idiot. Good for you! We can always "out discuss" people like her!

For lack of discussion on the E8 board, I'll offer a piece here. I embarked on a 2016 three-week solo coast-to-coast trip in my 2002 PT Cruiser that took me from RI back to western NY, then west with stops in Vincennes, IN; Lawrence, KS; Tulsa, OK; Belton, TX; Carlsbad, NM; Phoenix, AZ: Los Angeles; Pendleton, OR; Bozeman, MT; Collegeville, MN; and Lac du Flambeau, WI....

While in Phoenix, Pep had tix for a Nationals-Diamondbacks game which, after visiting a Cardinals open practice at U. of Phoenix Stadium with Alfred alum friend, we arrived early for the MLB encounter (featuring Stephen Strasburg pitching for the Nats). Waiting in 100° F. heat, I opted to walk around the stadium to the gate closest to our seats, while alum chose to stay put. "A race to our seats was challenged."

Arriving at the more distant gate, I spotted a "Wabash" shirt. Approached the young man and asked if he attends Wabash. He replied that he would begin classes there that fall. Then inquired whether he was from Indiana. He affirmed, "Yes, I'm from Muncie." Being a Hoosiers movie fan who in 2004 had researched the "real story" vs. the "screen story," I remarked that "Muncie is the team that lost to Milan in the 1954 Indiana State Basketball Championship!" The guy replies, "Yes, I know, my grandfather played in that game and he's sitting right over there!"

Pep made a beeline for the older gent to shake his hand. May have said something like, "It's an honor to shake the hand of a famous loser."  ???

Pep missed out on a family trip to Alabama, thus lacks Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana, plus Alaska and Hawaii.

Guessing I'm due for a trip to the Deep South. Been hearing great things about Alaskan Cruises and, heck, everyone should experience Hawaii at least once in a lifetime, right?

Unfortunately, the lad may, barring covid leaves of absence, have already graduated as the trip was in 2016. Pep apologizes for procrastinating.  :(
