I lack only N Dak, S Dak, Idaho and Alaska.

I just went to Iowa on July 24.  That was my last one.

Saw an Occidental College license plate frame on the car ahead of me at the gas pump at Costco here in Dallas.
We had a brief conversation. I think he was from the class of '86.

So, he sold his 1955 3 bedroom 1 bath 1300 sq ft home in southern California and moved to Collin County TX where he paid cash for his brand new 4000 sq ft 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home on a cul-de-sac with 2 living areas, a media room, a study, in-ground pool and 3-car garage.

He had been here a few years.  But the house where I grew up in Burbank built 1951, 1100 sq feet (before they made the garage into a granny flat) sole for $900K about three years ago.
