Yes congrats to Brittany! Scores 1001 on a her typical three pointer. High arching shot. Lady Cavs played very well. A little sloppy early and then they put the proverbial nail in the coffin of Eastern. The first game of the season was definitely not how they wanted to start the season. Certainly didn't help that 2 of their starters and a few other ladies were playing in an NCAA soccer game on Saturday. Rebounded nicely on Sunday and held Eastern to 40 points last night. They do look good. A real good test for this team will be against No. 25 Widener on Saturday at the Dixon Center.

Marvel from Neumann is just that - a Marvel!  Instrumental in beating Del Val on Sat., and last night winning over King's - in Wilkes Barre!  Credit where it's due!

Another fine effort by the Lady Cavs, knocking off no 25 Widener 73-58. Great win for the Ladies. Maybe they will garner some votes in the next poll.  ;)  Next up is Scranton. Should be another exciting contest.

Hi Mailsy!  Exciting contest would be putting it mildly - Wow, both games, women's & men's!  Congratulations on the Widener win - they are Never easy!  Good luck Tuesday night.  I'll be switching back & forth between our Aggie men's game & the Cabrini website.

Nice 1st victory for Coach Kate over Scranton. Cabrini got better shots and played better defense. Amber Keys was a force off the bench.

Clutch

Hey looks like the Cabrini women are starting to turn some heads and are ranked up there in some statistical categories.  Congratulations to your program and of course to Kate for doing a great coaching job.  Hoping the Lady Cavs tighten up their defense and some good things happen for them this year.

Hey, Mailsy, Merry Christmas to a great fellow D3 poster - Good luck to your Lady Cavs right up to the 13th of January!  ;)

Clutch

Del Val and Cabrini tonight, should be a good game, may have to give the advantage to the home team, but not the win. Not sure if Cabrini has the size needed but it would not surprise me if the game comes down to a foul shot.

Lady Cavs struggled a little early against Del Val. However, picked up a nice out of conf. victory 68-55. Next up is Rosemont at home during the first Cabrini Nation Night: #DoBlue celebration.

Hi Mailsy!  Watched the Cabrini video of the game last night.  Your Cavs CAN  shoot!  Just wish that more of the Aggie shots would have been falling in that second half.  Looks like you're headed for a real good conference year!

Congrats to Cabrini's Brittany Sandone for being named to this week D3 team of the week!!
