You traveling to NC for the game(s)?

VA(Williamsburg), not NC

saratoga

Actually Ronk, I believe it's in Newport News, Va. but regardless, no; I won't be traveling.

NEPA:
Are you heading down the Dixie hi-way?

NEPAFAN

I only make one trip to NC a year, just got back last week.  I will enjoy FREE video and save the miles for the NCAA Basketball Tournament.

I'll be tuning in now & then.

Seniors may be home in time for graduation. :o

NEPAFAN

Yes, sorry for insulting the state of Virginia. The game is in face in VA.

Brutal showing by UofS baseball once again in the tourney.
Two quick losses & someone left the bats at the roadside rest outside of Harrisburg.
Meanwhile, both E-town & Catholic get wins & stay alive.
Imagine that!

Join that one and done club it is hereditary!!!

Great Day to be a Royal

Game 1, they ran into one of the best pitchers in the country. It happens. Game 2, I unfortunately was unable to see the game, so I can't comment on that.

ronk

Too many called 3rd strikes while batting; ump may have given the pitcher an inch off the plate but Scranton never adjusted.

Although the Royals went 0-2 in the NCAA, they went 7-3 over NCAA tourney teams in the regular season(and conference playoffs), including a 2-0 victory over now World Series finalist Misericordia.

Ronk:

That fact & $7.00 will get you a latte at Starbucks.
The Cougars are now 1 win away from an improbable national championship and the Royals have yet to win even 1 game in the tournament...ever.

Since we've taken Trevor (women's hoops), Dave (AD), & now the new soccer coach from Miseri, maybe we can work on getting their baseball coach here as well.  ;)

What an absolutely remarkable job Pete has done there.

I use my Starbucks gift card from Scranton Admissions dept for a lemonade instead.  :)

It's unreal what coach Egbert has accomplished, even before this series.  Really hoping he gets another game tomorrow.

Congratulations to Miseri.
What a fantastic run against all types of pitching to win the title.
Great defense, timely hitting, the ability to move runners over, and pitchers with a next man up mentality.
Especially happy for Pete, AD Chuck, SID Lefty & last but not least...everyone's friend, former Keystone & Miseri AD.,Coach Mike Mould.
Well done & enjoy!

Yes, this title never would've been possible if Doc Mould didn't 'transfer' to Misericordia in 1990.
The person who says something can't be done shouldn't stand in the way of the one who's doing it.
