PJUNITO GNAC Pick em.. What an honor... Hey, we are all know I am not great at pick em. lol..

I had a high number because I thought Albertus was going into the high 90s and St. Joe was going to be forced to take a lot of threes and finish around 79 - 84. I thought I was golden. lol. Albertus scored 70 with just under 11 left. They only score 14 more points the rest of the game. lol.

Hey, bottom line is Albertus won and gets the AQ. Now, let's see where and who they play.

It was a lot of fun sitting next to lildave and GNAC yesterday. Awesome time..

Boys, should I bring the moby wrap to the NCAAs??????

Yeoo...

Chanpionship game :  wow, AMC was impressive. I watched the game on live stream and was thankful it was not played at St Joe or else they would have charged $10.95 to see the game.  AMC just ran away with the game.  Putting Victor L back into the game with 2 fouls in the first half was a risky move that ended up being the correct call, because the game was just about over by halftime.  I thought that St Joe had a great game plan, clog driving lanes with a tight 2 -3 zone and get good rebounding position, walk the ball up the court, run shot clock, run a nice motion offense with back door cuts and 3 point step outs, but in the end it didn't make any difference , they still lost by 35.  I guess having long athletic players with good foot speed and a quick first step is better than any game plan.  That was an impressive run for AMC through the GNAC playoffs.

It looks like the D-3 Dominos are starting to fall;  Earlham, Wilkes, Johnson & Wales (NC), Yeshiva,  so far .  The big question is will the Dominos continue to tumble all the way up to Boston?  I hope Emmanuel gets on board before the train leaves the station.

Saint, I think it's time for a change up there as well. Not even discussing the w/l totals, the revolving doors of players you speak of is very concerning for any AD to see

Saint, great job all year long. Can't wait to chat more about the GNAC next year. Hey, hopefully Emmanuel can return to what they were 5-8 years ago. A very competitive team in the GNAC.

I still think JWU would have made the gnac championship a little more competitive. I know albertus was a team possessed these last two weeks and even handed JWU a 17 point loss in RI,but I think JWU would have been a better game in the championship. With that being said I expect teams to find out just how good JWU is during the ecac

That's If they're into it. Could pull a USA v Finland and just pack it in since it's not the GNAC Title/NCAAs

The time is upon us boys!!

Less than a half hour away from the selection show. Having a split monitor with headphones to watch and listen too at work is totally allowed right? Maybe that is why they say March is the least productive work month of the year. Between the Madness in D1, D2 and D3 I guess I can see why. I know it is certainly my least productive month.

Lets see where the Falcons land!!!

Funny to see us going pack to Purchase in a potential second round matchup. Playing WPI in the first round as the neutral game of the pod. Purchase is only like an hour away from AMC so that's good. Anyone know whether the game will be Thursday or Friday yet?

WPI89

Holy cow - 3 weeks ago I was hoping for WPI not to "have to" play Magnus in the second round.  I was rooting for you guys to have to play one of the NESCAC schools.

Now - we get you in the first round.  Between WPI's late injuries and overall struggles to score - I think this is a brutal a brutal match-up for them.  Coach Bartley will have them ready and they will play hard but I do not see WPI scoring in the 70's.  Has Magnus been held to the 60's in years?  I will go look.

Will be fun and Purchase is close to my house/work - so I will be there.

Here's to hoping for a Friday game instead of Thursday! And yeah WPI, St Joes held us to 55 but then we didn't score less than 84 the rest of the way haha. Love games of contrasting styles.

The games are on friday since we are going back to the old format. The times should be 6 and 8.

I cant beleive the NCAA is putting Magnus and Purchase in the same POD. How typical. If both teams ate are fortunate enough to get past their 1st game it is certainly going to be a great game but lets be honest this just isn't right.
