OMG - So sorry Jess! A wonderful 4 years with lots and lots of rebounds and superb hustle. Best of luck in softball as well!

OshDude

Terri Schumacher stepped down as the head coach at UW Oshkosh today.

Interesting idea! I also thought of alum Kelly (Warnke) Robinson, the current head coach at Pacific Lutheran. I can imagine bringing back someone from the "glory days" would seem attractive to UWO.

How about Bobbi Knight - heard he is available. Maybe Tonj Englund can go to Oshkosh and Shirley E can go to Eau Claire - just kidding

Wasn't Schumacher a former Titan and reigning State Champion?

Schumacher played her first two years in LaCrosse and then transfered and finished up at Oshkosh where she was an All American and the National Player of the Year her senior season.  She won two WIAA state championships as the coach at Oshkosh North.

Stout has next years games up already on their web site

UWRF

As much as it pains me to say, my sister has chosen to continue her basketball career at UW-La Crosse. Full disclosure: I pushed for UWRF as hard as I could, but its her decision. I doubt any of you have heard of her, but I thought I would mention it.

Gretchen Linzmeier, 5-9 PG Pine City (MN)

She got a couple all-state honorable mention honors and is Pine City's all-time leading scorer (boys & girls). 4-year starter, 4-time All-Conference (Never won Great River POTY thanks to this one girl from Braham lol)
