The reason why this is such a bigger thing is due to the confidence points. Since I missed my picks, that would have been up to 10 points I was down. If each game was equal, then I would have just lost 4... not nearly as hard to overcome.

This was the 1 point game, so it won't be a big deal in the long run, likely, though if he wins by 1, I'm calling shenanigans 

I think we just need to make sure that the rules are clear before it starts in future years AND think of the implications of missed picks with how we run the league (conf points vs straight up games).
