No idea why Oshkosh went for it on 4th down there but the announcers say they like to do it?

Not sure I would try a 48/49 yard FG, and if put goes into end zone, you only gain 11 yards....  Think it was well worth the "risk" to try and convert 4th and 9.

Punt it and pin UWW deep is what I'd try and do. UWW offense didn't play that well that drive compared to UWO. Almost threw two picks.

Guess that is the offensive guy in me that wants to try and convert and not leave it to special teams where chance of ball going into end zone on short punt is greater...

Whoops! Well they are the Titans, they came before the Greek gods, so they must have some special powers!

Prime example of why I didn't think UWO should punt in 1st quarter...  Whitewater gains a net of 8 yards with decision to punt, with the only difference being it was 4th and 18 instead of 4th and 9.  Obviously easier to go for it on 4th and 9.

Safe to say there is a little bit of wind at Oshksoh today?  Makes some of the special teams decisions easier to understand even if I don't necessarily agree with them.
