Wilber is struggling with the pass, too.

JCU stop the Warhawks to force a punt with under 1 minute in the half.

IMO the team that gets their passing game going will win. Running game has been marginal for both teams. 2 great d lines.

MasterJedi

Outside passes aren't working, need to try some inside slants or button hooks or something, quick passes. If they can get that going their running game has been pretty good half the time.

brewhawk

Halftime tied 7-7.

Need to get the inside slant game going.

Don't you love it when the officials can do their jobs without being noticed?

As a guy who wears the stripes, yes.

The problems have been clock related. If the ref had a working Mike, the stoppages would be quick fixes.
What the hell was that?  That was a Drop-kick.  Drop-kick? How much is that worth?  Three points.  THREE POINTS?!

Oshkosh flexing some WIAC muscle, leading tommies 24-7 with 11 minutes to go in 2nd.
UWO with 24-10 halftime lead after forcing five St. Thomas turnovers in the first half....

I'm sure UWO pleased with lead, but have to wonder if UWO didn't squander a couple more scoring chances...

Cole Wilber 3-12 16 yards (1 dropped potential TD to Hudson)
Anthony Moeglin 7-14-1 76 yards (44 on one play)

Ugly passing first half by both teams, not because of the stellar defense, but the QB have been that bad.

More punts (12) than first downs (9)

JCU shut out on 3rd down 0-5; Warhawks 4-12

Warhawk D stayed in the locker room at half, better wake up.

Too easy of a TD (seen that a lot this season). JCU takes the lead.

3 for 3 on 3rd down that drive.

Tommies chipping away at that Titan lead 24-17.

Voice of the Titans

That was a quick change in momentum. A heck of a punt from the 5, returned 22 yards, then a 31 yard TD on first play. UWO needs a time consumer here.
We started that WRST Sports sh**.

Warhawk D's been on the field for much of this quarter. Looking tired. Playing tired.

Unless something changes this game is about over. Had a bad feeling about it since last week.

All tied up 24-24 now after St. Thomas blocks a punt and returns it for a TD...

You're kidding? Only last week. Had a bad feeling for most of this season.

Looking absolutely deflated. No energy. The right tackle forgets to get on the field, then Wilber throws it right in the bread basket of the defender and JCU in scoring position again.

This is how the season ended last year...I thought they wanted to get that feeling out of them, but it's beginning to look like that game last season.

This would take a comeback for the ages if UWW can find their way out of this mess.
