Glass making the most of his opportunity.

I was wondering who would step up and see the opportunity and perform. Maybe it's Glass. He is running hard.

With all the injured, he might be the only one standing.

Glass running like Ratliffe on this drive. He's the man up so he needs to keep it up. Might have some RB hope left until people get healthy again.

Brian R. Carroll

A spirited effort by the Eagles.

Homerun ball thrown too far? Wouldn't it have made more sense for a 10 yard button hook out of them?

Thanks for the nostalgic term "button hook." It so accurately describes the pattern. I know what it means, but I bet 90% of those on here are too young to appreciate.

From Iowa Dubuque beats 8th ranked Wartburg 45-13.  With P-villes victory over Dubuque earlier this year should boosts the WIAC's power rankings come November.

Was that a deep slant on the first series?

emma17

did they just get the ball to a young playmaker on the outside?

emma17

Is that another Hawk down with injury?
Korpela again?

emma17

Great play calling on opening drive of game Coach Smith.  Well done.
Keep it up.

emma17

That's the way D.  Turnover in the red zone.

D O.C.

Keep up the reporting.
So much going on today.

No Injuries!

UWW another TD.  2 possessions and 2 TD's.  I know it's early in the game, but this has been, by far, the most impressive UWW's offense has looked from a balanced approach.  Passes over the middle, deep seem routes, tough run blocking.

Additionally, it looks like UWSP's QB might have been dinged up.  I hope he can play.

emma17

This isn't something I'm bragging on UWW about, it's just something worth mentioning.
The UWW D has knocked the starting QB out of the game at UWP, UWO and UWSP.
