there were 15 seconds left and 70 yds of turf. If you are worred about UMHB scoring you have bigger issues. Seemed like a missed opportunity, though low percentage one. But not much downside. TO's are use em or lose em.

If UWW can come out, take the 2nd half kick off and sustain a TD scoring drive, UWW is back in it. UMHB will start to feel some pressure.

If that's not targeting I don't know what is. Maybe it's because he was a runner at that point so it's less strictly enforced? Not sure but it seemed bizarre they overturned it.

Agreed, especially if we make some good defensive adjustments at half.

Just think, up until today, without replay, if they called the penalty during live action, #3 is out for the rest of the day and the 1st half next week.
On any given saturday during the regular season in FBS, I bet that gets called targeting 9 times out of 10.

Who is actually the replay official? I didn't hear our announcers announce.
