9 rushes, 5 yards...you can't change talent in 20 minutes.

Why do we have to sugarcoat it? Fisher's a better program than Ithaca right now. It's been five straight seasons of blowouts. Why do we have to pretend that the two are equals or that this is a true rivalry? Fisher owns Ithaca. There's no way to debate it, tweak the evidence, say "Well, you know if this, this and this."

Optimism is well and good, but attempting to deny factual evidence that's clearly laid out is just pointless

The team is a downer. I can't really put a positive spin on half-a-decades worth of blowouts. I've felt for years that the program rests on it's laurels. I think they're content to just keep churning out 7-3/8-2 seasons.

Which, in totality, is fine. There's nothing wrong with winning seven to eight games a year. I'm sure there are lots of programs who'd like to be able to do that.

But when you have a program like Fisher, which has the guts to schedule MUC in the regular season, and says "We want to be the team in NY State you have to go through," then being content with what 7 to 8 win season is how you get embarrassed. One program appears to be content with what they are and living off their name. The other isn't. That's why they win and we lose

Get down to the 2 yard line to set up 1st and goal...

2 rushes net zero yards, then IC throws on 3rd but SJF runs a zone blitz and the DE picks off the pass and runs it to the 25...

Rufferage has been the only player for IC...

He made a great play on a punt return picking it up when no one was looking and taking into SJF territory and now caught a bomb to set IC up at the 2 yard line...
