Big touchdown for Ithaca late in the 4th. 10-10...
FG by Rogo for the win!! 13-10 Bombers!! 10 points in the last 2 minutes keeps the streak alive!  Great to see the team hang in there and keep fighting.  Congrats to Rogo on the big kick.

I agree, great job by Rogowski. All in all however, another disappointing day for the Bombers. When you need a great comeback to beat Frostburg at home, you have issues.

I know they made the plays at the end, but it's amazing the lack of playmakers this team has on offense. Ingaro has his moments, and Ruffrage is dangerous, especially in the open field, but it's a bare cupboard mostly. There's no deep threat, no tight end, and zero running game. The offensive line is no better than it was last season. Ah well. Here's hoping the Bombers can keep it up

Let's get through the Utica game first...

At the half Fisher looks good up 28-12 on UC

Kramer was absolutely ridiculous today...

Hopefully the offense continues to click next week...

I have been much happier with the offense the last few weeks. Obviously they are playing weaker defenses, but they are putting up plenty of points the last 3 weeks.

I still can't believe they're 7-1 with a RB playing QB...

Kramer runs the speed option very well, great reads and is alot faster than I first thought.  Miller runs extremely hard for a back his size on the inside.   When you mix in some counters, naked boots and sprint out passes it creates a very balanced offense.  Kramer throws the ball better on the run than from the pocket in my opinion.  Very tough to contain and seems to improve weekly.

Well, Ithaca's down, but Fisher sure as hell isn't. Great game, and it means that Utica still has some hills to climb.
Hopefully they can win the last two, against Springfield and Alfred, finish 7-3 and get an ECAC bid.

The E8's down this year, which helps. Also, they've won both of the games that wound up being very close.

Hey, more power to them. You get the wins how you get the wins. Ithaca could pretty easily be 7-1 right now, and they could also pretty easily be 1-7. Fisher just keeps picking up the wins.

But I also think Utica was suffering from an Ithaca hangover. Understandable, but still, a sign that the team still has to grow. (Or, a sign that Ithaca just sucks a whole lot)

I didn't witness a "hangover".  Utica was really fired up at the beginning of this game.  Fisher scored quickly and went up 21-0 but Utica responded with some great D and 12 points(safety) of their own.  The momentum had definately shifted and the Utica sidelines were fired up.  Fisher responded with a score to go up 28-12 at the half.  Whenever Utica started to gain steam Fisher killed it.  Every week they seem to get better.  7-1 with no wouldah, couldah or shouldah.

The espn950 feed never went live so i listened to the local broadcast instead.....They were very professional and honest in the assesment of the game....total domination by fisher...at one point they even said that this was the best team that UC has faced this year!

Fisher scored quickly and went up 21-0

This would be the hangover part I was referring to

pg04

Usually I wouldn't take the side of Fisher but I have been impressed with their play.  I doubt Utica had a hangover from Ithaca and if they did it was a level 7 hangover.  I must remind people of something.  One of the years Wesley went to the National Semifinals, they lost to a 5-5 Brockport something like 47-0 during the regular season.  It seems like that loss to Wesley was an anomaly and I think This Fisher team's loss to Hobart is too. To me, Fisher would have the chance to run the table in the East--- unfortunately, they'd probably face UMU in the 2nd round (as a 4 or 5 seed -- behind UMU, hobart, and Del Val).

Upstate

Make no mistake about it, Hobart took Fisher to the woodshed early and often and deserved the impressive win. Their offense was extremely efficient and Strang was outstanding.

That being said I'd like to see a rematch without a team getting 3 weeks to prepare for the other team.
