5 games in and I'm convinced that the Cortland D is just terrible in the secondary. For years they couldn't find an offensive identity while playing good D, and now they move the ball at will but can't stop squat!

OMG!!!!! I can't fathom the wrath of the Fisher posters after this one :(

Ithaca finally picking up their hot reads and blitzes.  24-14 with 10 minutes left in the 4th after a nice TE crossing pattern for a 35 yard TD.

24-21 Utica.  Ithaca moving the ball with ease now.  Nice TD strike to Oliver for about 25 yards.  7:23 left in the game.

The route is hot, but the QB has to read it as well and get the ball out of there.  That is what I meant.

Looking at the stats, what stands out in the comeback is how quickly the Ithaca offense has responded here.  160 yards in 3 TD drives, but all 3 drives were in under 5 minutes.  Great job adjusting here and they are getting fast scores thanks to it.
