I hope this means that Brockport is improving more than Ithaca is dropping.  In Previous few years the score would have been a lot worse.  Good luck to the Bombers rest of the season.

For what it's worth, in their scrimmage last week Alfred and Brockport both played their first teams for just the first quarter, and at the end of that quarter it was 20-0 Alfred. Obviously a scrimmage isn't a real game, but i'd be concerned if I were Ithaca right now.

Yeah, I don't put too much into that (especially since Alfred is the superior team), but it'll be interesting to see what the weeks will bring for Ithaca.

Well Ithaca did have 2 first year QBs in there and was one play from being up 20-0 at the half.  Looked like a lot of first game mistakes for both teams here.

I think I'll just let myself stay in the delusional optimistic state.  Sure there were turnovers and 2 big plays, but it still was only 5 points!  I feel like one of those fans of the teams who play MUC and say we only lost by 20!

Anyone else watching the Bomber game?  Great first drive by the Bombers only to be wasted on an awful pick in the endzone.

Missed FG, ithaca looks a little out of sorts.

On defense, yes they do.  Offense looks sharp except for the interception and failed 3rd and 1.

This option looks better than Springfield's and there is more of a pass threat.

Much better defensive possession there, obviously helped by the 1st and 25 hole Salisbury was in.

Ugh....deep pick thrown into triple coverage down the field.  Back-breaker before halftime.

Bombers being outgained 196-96, and Neumann's thrown two picks. Sort of surprised it's still a game given all the stats being pretty one-sided.

With the exception of the 2 picks, Ithaca hasn't looked bad.  The defense had their backs against the wall on the 2nd TD drive that was setup by the INT.  14 points allowed is pretty good considering the two picks.  Score should be 14-7 but the pick in the end zone killed IC.  Hopefully the offense can come out with a score here to start the 2nd or else the defense might start to wear down.
