Bombers' offense is, as usual, an embarrassment in short yardage/goal to go situations. Inexcusable that they can't pick up a 2nd-and-1, or get into the end zone on seven plays from inside the 10-yard line. And it is an Ithaca problem, and not a Union strength, because it's been this way at Ithaca for three years running. They would literally be better served taking intentional delay of game penalties than trying to pick up short yards in the red zone.

They have run the same play literally 4 seperate times (3 times on 4th down, and 1 time on 3rd down before punting) where there were in a short yardage situation, had the FB offset, motioned the H-Back towards the side where they were running and got stuffed.  When they came out of the timeout on the 4th and goal at the one I was literally saying outloud "there is no way there are lining up to go power again"...it's crazy how predicatable they have become.

The strange thing is, IC really should have lost this game...but to me anyways, they have looked like the better team most of the day...just unable to finish when they were down inside the redzone.  This should be a good ending.  Is Bill Struzzi anywhere in the stands?

So the Bengals are still down 3-0 in the 3rd quarter and they have missed 3 field goals.  Could be up 9-3 if they can just put it through the uprights.

You would think the 200 yards at half would help...but it's offset by the 3 x INT's...
