D O.C.

pg04 doing good. D.O.C finally awake and through with bedercises. Going to watch 2nd half of CS-I.

St. Lawrence then Mt. Union? Geesh.

Jonny Utah

Cortland cannot run against IC, but is able to throw it deep with ease.  Another year where Cortland's WR's are much taller and bigger than IC's and they have made them pay.

Cortland punting now.

pg04

Fisher was going to have to punt deep in its own end, but a Penalty on the Saxons keep the Fisher Drive going, still 6-0 in the 1st.

pg04

I've noticed that Ithaca's QB is not good at evading the rush. In fact he seems to run into it when trying to run away from it.

Jonny Utah

IC punts the ball back to Cortland.  1st and 10 redguys at their own 5.

Bingo, not great pocket presence by the Wolfman on that last sack.

pg04

That facemask is a killer, and seemed fairly ticky tack. But view was kind of obscured.

Jonny Utah

Ref just called the biggest ticky-tack facemask call against the bombers on a sack that would have forced Cortland to punt from their own 5.

1st down Cortland now.

pg04

Well there's two of us then that agree that it was a bad call probably.

yea funny you wrote the same thing.  I mean, his hand was on the mask, but he was already going down and didn't even look like he was pulling on it and he got his hand off as quick as possible.

Jonny Utah

IC 3 and out again.

5 minutes left in the 3rd, 1st and 10 Redguy ball at their own 35.

pg04

Alfred takes a 7-6 lead in the 2nd quarter, trying to keep their Pool C hopes alive.

pg04

I feel bad for the Bombers' defense.

pg04

I missed whatever happened on the punt but a safety occurred and 11-0 Cortland.

Fisher took the ensuing kickoff to the Alfred 35, then score shortly after, 13-7 Fisher in the 2nd quarter.
