I see your point. But it was 4th and forever. I don't mind them punting, as they had put them inside the 3 at least twice. That time it didn't work.

Yeah but going to the well so many times with a D3 punter is asking a lot...

I think throwing a pass up for grabs would have been a better % to gain net yards or even a score than punting it...

These refs are pure garbage.  They are screwing up simple things like knowing what down it is and they are blowing some big calls.  On Hartwick's second touchdown their receiver literally shoved our db.  It was so blatant...but cool in the minds of the officals apparently.

I am glad Fisher was prepared today, and got a win, but the defense does continue to be a concern. I just can't see this D holding up against AU or (god willing) a playoff team. I know Hartwick has a good offense, and the second half was weird all around, but I feel like they don't tackle very well, and they bend a bit too much.

Hard to argue with 8-1, but it is still a concern for me. One more ugly win and I will never say a bad word about this team again, but I have concerns with the new D coordinator in general/this Defensive group overall.

Cortland Red Dbags go up early 7-0.  Ithaca is going to have trouble today if they don't get a pass rush.  Cortland's taller WRs are going to beat Ithaca's small dbacks for the 15th year in a row.
