So it essentially is a top 4 place winners in each division go to the playoffs this year. Let's hope that it shakes out properly and a 8-8 5th place on one side doesn't get screwed for a 6-10 4th place in the other divison.  Granted I have to look at the divisional breakdown but I think all you have to do is look at one SUNYAC's school schedule. They play there division rivals twice and other division once. So go from there. And Oneonta State got a win after a tough opening weekend, hopefully they can start the confernce right with a win against Geneseo this Friday.
Do not let what you can't do interfere with what you can do.

On a side note, not sure if the exact divisional breakdown was mentioned so here it is in alphabetical order since interconference play has not begun yet:

EAST DIVISION: Cortland Red Dragons, New Paltz Hawks, Oneonta Red Dragons, Potsdam Bears, Plattsburgh Cardinals, SUNYIT Wildcats

WEST DIVISION: Brockport Golden Eagles,  Buffalo State Bengals, Fredonia Blue Devils, Geneseo Knights, Morrisville Mustangs, Oswego Lakers

Morrisville is not elegible for postseason play yet. I say this looks balanced either way. Let's see how it looks in the conference cause based on right now most of the conference has done well and had quite a few games already. I know Oneonta lost by 10 to Naz and badly to Rochester. In a couple of weeks they head down to Greensboro who has done damage already this year and also play Averett again. All are pushing themselves to make sure the conference gets two bids min. to me. And I've seen and read what others have done already. Lets go SUNYAC.
Do not let what you can't do interfere with what you can do.

with age comes?

Good win for Oswego.  Saw Potsdam and I thought they were athletic and possibly too tall for Oswego. Haven't  seen Oswego but heard about a scrimmage with Clarkson that was relatively close. Obviously not the same as a game but Potsdam handled Clarkson extremely easily so I thought Potsdam by 10.  Home court would eat some of that up but the bottom line is I still think it is a good win for the Lakers!

"...Plattsburgh blows away hosts Morrisville 111-69..."

It could have been much worse.  With 9:02 left in the 2nd half, ( 87 48 PBurgh) the starters and 2nd team were out. The Freshman talent outplayed the M-ville regulars 24-21. M-ville played garbage time, chucking up air ball 3 pt attempts and one of there seniors was left in the game to "pad" his stats.

The biggest and most challenging tests for this team will be their visit to Chapman ( in California ) next month. This team was very good last year. They lost 3 seniors (one starter) and one transfer, and got stronger with the new comers.  The 6'9" RJ Ponesse will easily be a 1000 pt career player.  He is mobile, he has inside and outside moves, can make free throws (he will get many of them) and seems to have fit in well with this senior laden squad. A freshman Chris Ruiz was the first off the bench and plays like a Junior.
Anthony Williams is making NBA threes with ease.

They seem to like each other, respect each other, and accept their roles. Morrisville came out tough, but they are mostly freshman and sophomores who can leap, drive and are quick. They foul too much, take wild crazy shots and got frustrated easily by the pressure defense. However, they do have a great place with rowdy and energetic fans.

"D. Errol 16 " <<< correction <<<  That would be   Errol  Daniyan  #4. Freshman from Coram.

"...Milke sees 15' of court time for 4 pts(2x3fg)...."

A Palmyra Macedon HS graduate who played on the 2005 State Championship team as a sophomore.  A BIG load, I hope he has improved his work ethic and shed some baby fat.  He did have a quadruple double in a sectional game at Livonia.
Points, Rebounds, blocks and assists. Even had a dunk which shocked just about everyone in the gym.  Getting off the ground was not one of his strong points.
