Thank you jdex. Thank You. Just waiting for your post to hear what happened. I predicted Oneonta might win a tight one but said that Steve Thomas performance  could be a game changer. Love it when I'm wrong, then right.  ;D :D

The SUNYAC looks like it will be a dogfight!!!Plattsburgh,Oneonta, Cortland and Brockport appear to be the upper echelon with Fredonia and New Paltz close behind. Anyone else have any thoughts on the matter--I know its early but I would give them the edge as first semester comes to a close!!!

FreddyState

I agree plattsburgh is definetly gonna be the team to beat this year ...cortland and oneonta also should be right up there...Im not quite sold on brockport yet because they have absolutly no big men but they didnt last year either ...We are going to have to wait till second semester on new paltz because last year they started off awesome as well then had some eligibility issues..  fredonia is experienced and finally getting healthy definetly playing alot better then the first 3 games of the season...I think buff st is a very young team that will be in the top 5 by the end of the season if everyone stays eligible.

geneseo and oswego seems like they are down this year but have one of the best coaching staffs in my opinion so u never know...potsdam really down this year

.I think buff st is a very young team that will be in the top 5 by the end of the season if everyone stays eligible.

I can't speak for any BENGALS team that preceeded the 04-05 season, but since Fajri Ansari became coach (in 2005) there has NEVER been a player removed from the team because of eligibility problems. Coach Ansari has kicked players off the team (who's attitude/demeanor did not meet B.S.C. BENGAL standards)  but please don't confuse that with ineligibility. So I'm not sure where the "if everyone stays eligible" comment is coming from ::). Hopefully you don't have Buff State confused with New Paltz (both do have orange in their team colors).

I too agree that the BENGALS should finish in the top 5! Too bad their, BENGALS, game vs. D-2 Point Park was cancelled tonite (Bad Weather in Buffalo...surprised?). However this Saturday's contest versus D-1 University of Buffalo (08-09 MAC Championship game participant and MAC Eastern Conference Champ) should give the BENGAL faithful an opportunity to see the entire team together for the first time this season!
