          Franklin 3, Transylvania 1 Bottom of 2nd inning.

CCIW Final: 
           North Central IL 3, Carroll 0 (Carroll eliminated) Adams pitches a complete game 7 hit shutout.
           Next up:  IL Wesleyan/North Central (elimination game)

UMAC:  Bethany Lutheran 2, St. Scholastica 0  Bottom of 4th inning.

Framingham State has just taken the lead over Bridgewater State, 2-1, after 4 innings.

Framingham State leads the series, 1 game to 0.

MAC Freedom Game 2 update--

Game 2 heading to extra innings tied at 5-5 between Misericordia and Stevens.

MIAC Update:  Concordia-MN and St. Olaf are tied at 1 in the top of the 8th inning,

   (St. Olaf--bases loaded  1 out bottom of 8th  Mattheis singles to give St. Olaf a 2-1 walk-off win over Concordia-MN)

MAC-Freedom Game 2 update

In the top of the 9th with 1 out, a 2 RBI single has made it Stevens 7, Misericordia 5

Misericordia still has their last at bats in the bottom of the 9th, but this may have earned this series a trip to Hoboken, NJ for the decisive Game 3 tomorrow.

Further update:  It is now 8-5 in favor of Stevens after 8 1/2 innings.  This series looks set to be tied at 1-1.
Misericordia down to their last 3 outs in the bottom of the ninth.

In the top of the 6th with 2 out, Bridgewater State has just tied the game with Framingham State at 2-2.

Further update at 5:47 PM Eastern-- Heading to the top of the 7th still tied at 2-2.

Top of the 5th with 2 out, TCNJ has just taken a 1-0 lead over Kean.

TCNJ leads the series, 1 game to 0.

MAC Freedom Championship Series is tied at 1-1.

MASCAC Championship series tied at 1 game a piece-- Game 3 winner take all for the AQ is tomorrow.

NJAC Game 2 update-- TCNJ 3, Kean 0 Top 6th 0 outs (TCNJ clinches AQ with a win)

MIAA Game 2 update-- Bottom of 6th 1 out  Alma 4, Calvin 1  Calvin scored a run on a passed ball in the top of the 6th.

UMAC Update:  Bethany Lutheran hung a 7-spot on St. Scholastica to take an 11-1 lead into the bottom of the 7th.
                           Bethany Lutheran is 3 outs away from eliminating the UMAC host squad.

                      Hang on, folks, St. Scholastica's put 6 runs on the board with nobody out--developing. . . .
                           ground out to 2nd, Out 1
                           flyout to center, Out 2, walk, RBI single, single, (tying run at plate)
                           ground out to 2nd, Out 3.

                      Final:  Bethany Lutheran 11, St. Scholastica 8, St. Scholastica eliminated--(Bethany Lutheran followers give a huge sigh of relief after that one-- Cunningham came in and pitched well enough to hold off the home squad rally)

           On top of that, Bethany Lutheran has to go right back out there and face UW-Superior in an elimination game.

           Winner of that game gets a best of 3 series with NW-MN for the UMAC Tournament Title
