NACC North Game 2 Final: MSOE 1, CUW 0 (Salaja drives in the game's only run and Pondo induces a double-play ground out with the potential Falcon lead runs on base in the 7th to finish yet another complete game.)

It'll be Benedictine vs. MSOE in a best of 3 for the overall NACC Tournament title next weekend.

Empire 8 quarterfinals (single elim) #5 Utica wins at #4 Keuka (game moved to Finger Lakes CC); #3 Alfred wins at home over #6 Elmira

E8 4 team double elimination field will be #1 St. John Fisher, #2 Russell Sage plus Alfred and Utica in a Tues-Thurs-Sat format.

With one day left in the Liberty League regular season, the 4-team tourney field looks like Rochester, RPI, Ithaca and Skidmore. Clarkson could leapfrog Skidmore but would have to sweep first place UofR to do so.

It appears the top 4 for the Skyline tournament will be Farmingdale State, Manhattanville, Mount Saint Mary and St. Joseph's (L.I.). St. Joseph's (Bklyn) has a flicker of hope, but probably needs to sweep Manhattanville, who just tore them apart twice today.

Landmark Conference Update:

5/6 Juniata over E-Town in the Play-In game 4-1.

5/8 Juniata and Drew were eliminated. Moravian, Susquehanna, Catholic and Scranton were still in contention after 5/8 action concluded.

5/9: Finals:  Scranton stayed alive and gave Catholic its' 1st loss, 4-0.
                   Moravian eliminated Susquehanna 10-2.
                   Catholic and Scranton are scoreless in 2nd in an elimination game at the moment.
