Eastern Connecticut scored 2 runs in the top of the 6th on 1 hit and 2 Brandeis fielding errors.  No runners left on base.

Eastern Connecticut has made 8 hits on the day and Brandeis has committed 4 fielding errors in the game so far.  The Warriors can beat any team in DIII like this when the opposing team commits that many fielding errors.

As a Brandeis fan, I don't believe this!

Brandeis just defeated Eastern Connecticut, 10-9, with 6 runs scored in the bottom of the 7th!

Bottom of the 7th-- Brandeis scored 6 runs on 5 hits with 1 E. Conn fielding error.

Brandeis will play Tufts at noon, but I am still stunned!

E. Connecticut now plays Husson in the first scheduled early game elimination.

Unfortunately, my town has its annual open New England town meeting tomorrow, so I won't be able to be on the computer much tomorrow, as I have to be at the Canton, MA high school football field tomorrow afternoon to vote on the town meeting articles for the upcoming fiscal year.  (In accordance with COVID-19 protocols, it is an outdoor meeting.  The Massachusetts state of emergency is scheduled to end on June 15.)
