Yea I think IC is trying to play short and smart and not throw it deep. Keep Gladney occupying 2 guys if possible.  (Hasn't worked so far)

SLU up 20-7 at the half. Freshman QB has thrown for almost 300 yards in the first half, but has thrown a couple of int's. Running game is pretty much non-existent, however.

RPI started hot with a quick 19-0 lead then has looked awful in the 2nd half. WPI cut it to 19-14 then threw  a pick returned for TD. Went for 2 and got stuffed. 25-14 RPI with about 10 to go. Another unimpressive performance with moments of blinding brilliance. This team needs to get it together because there is a ton of talent.

Union up on Coast Guard 21-3 at the half.  Freshman Andre Ross Jr has 10 catches for 171 yards and 2 TDs in the first half.

IC holds Bport to another FG. 13-0 Brockport in the 3rd. Question is...can IC's D get any help from their offense ? Without their best weapon.

Union up 21-3. Ross and Bellemy are for real. The Dutchmen have some nice size and talent on the offensive side of the ball. dlip is also very impressed with the young O line so far this season. Defense is playing tough. They bend but so far haven't really broken. dlip also has to say he loves the announcers for Coast Guard. Those guys are very entertaining and enjoyable to listen to.

Watched the first half of the RPI game. To dlip, RPI just looks like a team that is still trying to mesh (which is fine it's only week 2). dlip thinks they have some real talent there and if they can get in sync on O they can be very good. He is glad they are winning and hopes they retain the Transit trophy. He doesn't think they have even really begun to tap into their potential.

Ithaca seems to be playing well and hopefully they can keep it respectable. Great to see Hobart dominating Mo'ville. Also glad to see SLU winning. Hopefully they can hold on and avoid the **** show that was last week.

SLU just scored again on a 68 yd TD pass, 26-7 with just over 2 minutes left in the 3rd Q.

If IC plays this well on defense all year and gets anything from the offense...look out

SLU wins 40-7. Grochot threw for almost 450 yards and 4 TDs, and did a nice job being patient in the pocket.  Other than one big run, ground offense didn't do much. Defense was opportunistic with 3 int's and a fumble recovery to go with 7 sacks. Norwich's QB play was awful. The biggest concern was SLU's special teams play. They gave up several big returns, and struggled in the kicking game.
