Wow, that's f'ing embarrassing.  Somebody throw Vella out of school (and take those officials with them).

Hibernation time for a week or so.  

Can't really talk smack here.  Definitely not the result I was expecting, although very happy for SLU.  Big props to Kevin Farr (d-coordinator) and the Saints defense for bottling up the Hobart O for the most part.  Lots of big stops and turnovers when they were really needed.

Congrats Stlarry.  Nice, win, broke a couple of Hobart streaks (18 in a row vs. SLU, not lost 2x in a row since 2003, etc.) and you're 2-0 in a 6 game conference sched with a win against what I thought was one of the better teams in the league (though they'll have to prove it every week for the rest of the year even if I'm right).
