Webb gets his first of the season from 2 out.  28-0 Bart.  Subs starting to come in w less than 6 min in the 3rd.

Union up 14-9 with 10 min left. Hurt by a holding call on O that took the drive from a 1st and 10 to 2nd and 15. Union D having to step up now. Nice to see Bart taking it to Dickinson, go Pumpkinheads!!!!!

dlippiel

Union gives up 14-3 lead and Salve takes the lead 15-14 with about 4 min 16 sec left.

Can Union stop with the ****ing holding penalties during key times already? Goodness it's frustrating.

Utica scores on their first 3 posessions but miss an xp to go up 20-0.  SLU gets a big kick return, then drives for a TD and a 2-pt conversion.  SLU down 20-8 midway through the 2nd quarter.

Unbelieveable, Union ties the game with a 2-point conversion after a Drew Connelly TD run.

Salve kick-off specialist hits a 49 yard game winning field goal as time expires in Rhode Island to win for Salve. What an amaing game. dlip will share his thoughts about Union after he has time to reflect and looks at the box score. Tough loss for Union. Hats off to Salve Regina.

St. Lawrence decides that giving up 3 TDs in the first half isn't enough, so they go ahead and give up a couple of more.  Utica has not punted yet.  Utica up 34-8 at the half over the Saints.

St. Lawrence has less than 100 yds of total offense in the half while giving up over 350 yds to Utica.  Ugly.  Glad I am only listening to this.

The only bright spot for the Saints so far has been RB Marcus Washington with 70 yds and a TD for a 7.7 ypc average.  The new QB for St. Lawrence, Nik Busharis, is 4-8 for 26 yds.

So to say the LL's horrible conference rating is deserved would be an understatement...

Hobart saves the Conference a bit this week, I suppose.

I would argue with you about that...but I can't really.  They have been "better" in the second half with a long drive for a TD and just scored another.  They gave up a TD, but have actually stopped Utica a couple of times.  SLU down 41-21 early in the 4th quarter.

Aaaand St. Lawrence immediately gives up a kick return for a TD.  Your 2011 St. Lawrence Saints ladies and gentlemen.

St. Lawrence draws first blood against Norwich, then go for 2 and get it.  8-0 SLU midway through the 2nd quarter.

Alfred 34 RPI 10 at the Half.

RPI's D hasn't stopped Alfred once yet.  All TDs.  Lots of long plays.  Poor tackling.  And Alfred is pretty good.

RPI's Offense struggled in the first quarter.  Hermann was pretty bad.  Throwing high.  Throwing low.  First game jitters maybe.  Not so bad if the D could make a stop or 2.  Didn't happen.  O started to put it together in the 2nd quarter.  If the D can make a few stops, it could be a decent 2nd half.  If not, Alfred could win by 6-7 TDs.
