great play call and pass.  controlling the lines.  21 - 3 lead, excellent first half on offense.  I think this is the best defense that UMHB has played against all year.

Passing game working right now. Makes me wonder why it took us so long to start throwing downfield.

great job by the defense in the first half.  gave up some yards there, but shut down UMHB's run game just like last year.

Wesley has trouble playing zone pass. IF you see Kapepula go outside you may see man to man  in sedond half

The key word there is INT.

They have to open up the offense now if they want a chance to get back in this game and can't get conservative because they fear the INT. We have no choice but to start slinging the ball around and taking chances.

That will lead to disaster.  How often do teams do well when they abandon what they do best.

You don't abandon the run but they need to pass more on early downs and run to keep the defense honest. Wesley's run defense is better than their pass defense. With 2 quartes left and down 3 scores you have to take some chances and start going downfield more often.

This 1st possession by the Cru will be critical.  They need to score and then it is a ball game again.
