The video of the Elmhurst field looks like it is flooded in areas.  Surprisingly the Wheaton field looks pretty good.  I still remember the ball floating on the field vs Bethel.

2 Augie TD's in the last 2 minutes of the 4th quarter against Wheaton's 2nd string defense, including 30+ yard bubble screen on 4th and 8 with 36 seconds left.  Makes this game look much, much closer than it really was.  Not a good game by Jordan Roberts - 2 INT and 1 fumble

Completely dominant performance by 1st team Wheaton defense, Wheaton offense has thrown in very effective wildcat package.

Way too many penalties by Wheaton.  At one point in 3rd quarter Wheaton had more penalty yards than Augie had offense.

Augie recovers 2 onside kicks with under 2 minutes left - RIDICULOUS!

Just a brutal officiating crew.

Final was 24-15.

Augie with 282 yards in the game - 170 in last 8:25 of the game against Wheaton's 2nd string defense.

Cardinals come out in the 2nd half ready to play after the delay.   It appears Murray has made some adjustments to stop the run.   Cards up 21-14 and Dierking just picked off a pass and returned to the +16.

Carthage gets a pair of TDs -- the second on  a one-play, 53-yard drive -- to take a 17-16 lead against NPU.

The two teams exchange three-and-outs, but NPU fumbles on the ensuing Red Men punt.  Carthage recovers and adds a FG.

Carthage 20 NPU 16 with momentum clearly pointing North of the Cheddar Curtain as we enter the fourth.

Much like last week Wheaton is totally dominating, but scoreboard doesn't fully reflect it.  Wheaton leading 14-0 with a minute left in the 1st half.
