FB: CCIW in-game updates

Titans win 35-28, making big plays when needed. Got at least 4 TOs. Penalties hurting both teams at key points. Warner another big day, probably over 300 yards passing. Titan running game ineffectual today. Many on the D side played well.

A good win against a good team on the road. We'll take it for sure.

At the half, Alma is shocking NPU, 17-7. I expected this to be a Viking runaway.

5 minutes into the 4th - Alma has stretched their lead to 24-7.

The MIAA if going to win the series, 4 to 3. That should NEVER happen between CCIW and MIAA in football.

IWU still down 7-0 at the half. Titans win the TO battle 3-1, toughen their D in the second Q, but missed two FGs. A tough battle. Simpson grinding it out on the ground, controlling the clock.

Wheaton has missed 3 other FG due to poor snaps and has had drives stall as they rotate 3 qbs. Dansdill as good an LB as I have seen since John Munch. All over the field.

IWU vs. Simpson, lots of yardage being put up by both teams, but little scoring. IWU has 2 INT and one fumble recovery. Warner threw one INT. So far, IWU FG kicking is 0-2.

Gonna be a grind it out type of game, second half.

IWU goes down 13-3 at Simpson. Not much going today offensively -- yardage but no scores. 3 TOs hurt the Titans today.

Simpson has a tough ground game, made just enough big plays, better kicker today, to win.
