Wheaton holds Elmhurst on 4th and 5 from Wheaton 29.

Wheaton driving quickly.  Meador had Watkins wide open for long TD, but underthrows it.  Still at 25+ yard gain.

On 3rd and goal at 4, Elmhurst call for pass interference, would have been a TD.  So now 1st and goal @ 1.

TD Wheaton on Swider 1 yard run.  Wheaton leads Elmhurst 13-0.  Yet ANOTHER Roche missed extra point.

I don't get it.  Roche can hit FG's all day, but is missing 30% of his extra points.  This could cost Wheaton at some point.

Joe Furco pass intercepted by Wheaton at midfield, returned to Elmhurst 3.  15 yard sideline infraction by Wheaton moves ball back to Elmhurst 19.  1st and 10.

Ugh... Wheaton had a walk in TD, but Meador way over threw receiver.  No one near WR.

Wheaton runs the exact same play, this time Meador could have walked in for a rushing TD, but he decided to throw it into triple coverage.  Not good decisions by Meador on this drive.

It's like ground hog day. Same problem the past couple years for Wheaton with PATs. So far I don't recall it becoming a game losing factor. Missed one last week against IWU as I recall. Is there absolutely no other kicker Wheaton can use for PATs? May as well experiment with someone/anyone for the future. Gotta be better than 70% somewhere on the roster.

Stupid, stupid, stupid!!!!!!

3rd and 3, Elmhurst goes with bootleg, fools no one, Furco running for his life.  Throws the ball out of bounds.  Wheaton LB roughs the QB.

Just plain DUMB.  Starting to get sick of these stupid defensive penalties to extend drives.

I can understand being aggressive, but this is a lack of discipline.

Wheaton sacks Furco on 4th and 2 at Wheaton 40.  Wheaton takes over.

With a RB who is averaging 6.6 yards per carry on the season, why throw the ball when you need 2 yards?
