Wheaton completes pass to Elmhurst 12 yard line, called back for offensive pass interference.  Would love to hear of the legitimacy.

Game over.

almost Half

Mr. Ypsi

I assume it must be halftime in ecatur (neither team brought a D today). ;D  (Millikin apparently forgot another D today - discipline.  7 penalties for 164 yards in the first half!  Elmhurst has so far gained more yards off Millikin penalties than by their offense!)

Mr. Ypsi

Millikin gets a tying FG with 15 seconds remaining - looks like OT in ecatur.

The teams have combined for 84 points and 900 yards - so far!

Mr. Ypsi

BTW, UWW falls at home to UWO, 28-13.  It now looks unlikely that the 3-time defending national champion will even make the postseason! :o

I was watching that game UWO really had some great plays combining option style running game while having a huge passing offense.  One time the quarterback faked an option pitch and threw the ball.  I love it when teams incorporate option style offense with non option style to have the discipline line play and great fakes of the option while having big play passes with various quick tosses to the WR.

Early in the 2nd quarter North Central completes a 16 play, 94 yard drive for the game's 1st score and leads Carthage 7-0.
