Titans answer with a TD with 2:08 remaining.  PAT is blocked and the Elmhurst lead is four at 35-31.

kiko

Jays recover the ensuing onside kick.

Mr. Ypsi

The Titans got the three more TDs I didn't think they could do, but it may not be enough.

Elmhurst recovers the onside kick, so IWU will be forced to burn all their timeouts even if they can make the stop.

kiko

Jays convert on third and long with a pass and it is back to the ground.  Titans use their final TO with 1:44 remaining.

Mr. Ypsi

Yeah, even one first down and the game was gonna be over.  IWU ALMOST got the stop!

kiko

Jays convert on fourth down again and now can run out the clock.  Final. 35-31.

Elmhurst leading 3-0 over Coe with 2 minutes left in first quarter.  Scottie Williams with 82 yards rushing already, 61 on one play.  Coe stopped Elmhurst with 1st and goal from 2 yard line, Elmhurst settles for FG.

Elmhurst defense stops Coe deep in Elmhurst territory on 4th and 2.  Coe driving again.

Cal Lu's DB's having to be so active against the run is killing Cal Lu.  The key to this game so far has been NC's ability to run the ball.  Its opened up some downfield throws.

That is no surprise. NCC rushes for over 200 yds a game and CL has given up more than 200 a game.
