Scenario 1:  An Otterbein sweep keeps that squad in 1st place and puts ONU at 12-4
                   A Marietta sweep over Muskingum and Otterbein would then clinch the conference title.

Scenario  2:  Muskingum and ONU both get sweeps. Both squads would then leapfrog past Otterbein and be in a tie for first.

Otterbein is through with OAC play after today.

If Scenario 2 plays out the only way there could be a 3-way tie at the top would be if Muskingum and ONU both got swept 4/9.

   Otterbein salvages a split  (18-25, 25-17, 23-25, 25-22, 15-8)

Cardinals had a team hitting pct. in Set 5 of .381 while racing out to a 9-2 lead and basically maintaining that margin for the rest of the match.

Otterbein:  McCoy  .571 hitting pct. Linehan also had another strong match.

Scenario 3:  ONU splits, Muskingum gets swept, Otterbein ends up alone in 1st.

Update:  Mt. Union/ONU matches were cancelled.

Muskingum/Heidelberg:

A Muskie sweep and they take the top spot outright.
A split --Otterbein and Muskingum finish regular season in a tie at the top.
A Heidelberg sweep and Muskingum falls to 3rd, with Otterbein taking the top spot by 20 percentage points.

(With ONU having clinched a spot in the OAC Tournament, it must have been figured that the Polar Bear/Mt. Union match-up wasn't needed that bad anyway.)
