Well here's to hoping this isn't my last Cortaca game but I have a feeling it is.  My analysis on who will win is pretty useless since I have no idea how good Cortland is so I won't even try. What I do know is Cortland's seniors cannot be thrilled about the possibility of graduating without a win over IC.  On the other hand IC has their number the past few years and expect to keep it that way.  Either way I hope its a great game and the Bombers can double Cortland in total Jug victories!!

GO BOMBERS!!

Congratulations to Ithaca's David Ahonen and Cortland's Dan Pitcher for demonstrating that not all footballers are neanderthals.

Each was named to ESPN Academic All District First team and are up for academic all american consideration.

Well done.

Pitcher was nominated in the "Staying inside the lines" category

That IC girl got dominated.  Surprised she didn't take out a check from Mommy or Daddy and waive it at the Cortland girl.  Seems to be the go to move of the IC posters on here.

Would the Cortland girl have known what it was?

Besides, when they DO get paid, it's normally in one-dollar bills.
No they know.  Unemployment and Welfare checks probably look similar enough.

Very happy that the only Pitcher on the CState team is our quarterback.  Recent polls estimate that the Bombers are fairly evenly split with half the team Pitchers and the other half Catchers.

Long time no see, all.  First - Go IC Men's Rugby.  State champs, and still not recognized by the school.  Second - In addition to the established LA Cortaca-viewing party Cortacal, there will be an NYC party this year (NYCortaca) as well as a DC event (Cortacapital) that will likely see Enforcer, High Life, and friends finishing the evening on a terrorist watch list of some sort.  We have secured several food and beverage specials that the host establishment will surely regret. If you're in the area and looking for trouble (even you Cortland people), let me know.
I BELIEVE

"IT'S A BOMBER" - motorhead

And, in other news, dig Enforcer and crew as the poster boys in today's Syracuse Post-Standard.

Go Bombers.

You know, you Cortland guys seem rather well-educated in these sexual scenarios. Multiple reach-around posts and now a "pitcher" and "catcher" joke. What exactly goes on in those locker rooms after you send the students home?

And rest assured, that's probably the first time someone has ever used "well-educated" to describe a Cortland student.

Who was Mr. Ahonen's tutor? Cam Newton?

Nice deflection attempt.  We've learned about pitchers and catchers only from observing the Ithaca student body I assure you.  Outrunning your roommate each night is a right of passage for freshman at Ithaca and from what I hear, by the second semester, most give up the running therefore the reputation.

So.  The guy that was cheating is tutoring someone?  How is that an insult?  How would Newton help Ahonen?

Fail.

All kidding aside, I second that well done.  To be able to maintain a high GPA consistently while playing ball is a huge accomplishment and requires a level of dedication and committment to both that speaks volumes about these two young men.

Yes, especially Pitcher..... balancing your football practices with your kickball classes takes real concentration.  ;D

So you're actively observing behavior you claim to dislike? Voyeurism, thy name is Cortland
