while the game is important, I dont think we can declare the Lutes back yet. at least not to the point of giving your Wildcats the game of the season. I am encouraged by our progress and the possibility of battling for second place in the conference.

I think it was actually a "lightning delay".  I happened to be nearby (well Disneyland) and there was Thunder and Lightning.  They had to shut down all the outside rides in the park.  Guessing similar concern in Orange for the Chapman game.
