The post game antics goes back to the 2019 OT game at Whitworth when our guys rushed the field after the last play to end the game.  The best way to stop that would have been to win but Ewing made all the plays he needed to in the 4th and Linfield didn't. That's sports.

I think for a lot of us posters that saw little issues that were concerning about this 2023 team those items played a critical role in the loss today.

We have a tremendous staff and if today is the end of the season I hope the guys in the program will use today to light a fire in their belly.

Correct.   All year this team did not play a full game.   They would look great in the 1st qtr. and then nothing in the 2nd qtr.   Or vice versa.  Inconsistent.    Can''t do that against a very good team.

Congrats Whitworth.   You played very well.  Your domination in the 4th quarter was the key.

Best QB Whitworth has ever had and the best non-Linfield QB in the NWC since Chad Johnson at PLU (97-2000).  The NWC should be happy he's a one and done.

Whitworth is going to try and find another season for him. He didn't play in 2019 due to injuries, 2020 was lost to Covid, and hurt again in 2021.

Joel Clark was a nightmare to defend. His running ability to extend plays made his already elite pass game even more lethal.
