this is tough.  WHat the heck is happening!!!  Are we playing that bad or are the Rats playing that good?  Or both.

A lot of things:
1.  Cats getting a lot of bad penalties (again) and are not getting any calls going their way (at least 2 missed P.I. calls on Whitworth).
2.  Cats turned the ball over twice--the first set up a short field score for Whitworth and the 2nd was in the Redzone for the Cats taking pts off the board.
3.  D getting beat too much by the passing game including on 3rd downs (where they've been lights out up until today).
4.  Offense has only been so-so today.
