O.K.  so you have the two windows you want opened (two tabs)  you want to first go up to the top corner and switch from full screen to sizeable screen (I think it is a between the minimize and X (close) icons.  You want it to show two boxes rather than one big one.  Once you've done that you can drag one of your tabs into some open space on your desktop (if you need to make space than just grab the corner of your browser screen and resize it).  You should now have two separate windows and you can size them to whatever portion of the screen you want...simple
