Lutes stop Eua Claire on the first drive, 3 and out.

Offense starts poorly, 3 and out.

PLU's offense looked pretty gimmicky on that first series--is that what they've been doing all season?
Go Cats!

Lutes able to keep the Blugolds out of the endzone after a nice drive to the PLU 15
Go Cats!

My video sucked so I switched to audio only.  But Scott did say early in the week that his confidence in Ritchey will likely allow them to open up" the play book more this year.

Lutes give up some big plays but hold EC on downs inside the 20.  Second drive starting at about the 15.

yeah--they ran a quad set empty backfield on first down, then a read-option play pass, I've also seen some fly sweep....  I'd say the playbook is open pretty wide :)
Go Cats!

I think PLU's best play (from what I've seen today and against CLU) is the drop back, find nobody open, take off running play by the QB--
Go Cats!

Richey runs 29 for a first down in Blugold territory.
