NWC/SCIAC in-game updates board

Plenty to work on for next week in order to compete with UMB. Defense needs to be able to put pressure on QB...Chapman having only 2 returners on offense from last year had their moments and will do better than some thought in SCIAC

Lots to clean up and work on but not a bad 1st game. I think Kevin hit it on the head with Thunder and Lighting for the running backs of Choisser being the Thunder and Payne and Cassill being lightning. I'm pretty excited to see them in person for the 1st time this season in Texas.

PLU wins 17-14. Cal Lu missed 2 short FG's (at least I think they were short since I couldn't hear the announced yardage once I muted the broadcast due to hearing the constant screaming into the mic by the fans.) and had a ton of mistakes that hurt them. Good game all around.

Bluenote....I'll feel bad for Willamette for the 2 of us.
How did they come to be an embarrassment to the NWC?
(to say nothing of the SOS even if it is a 3rd year NAIA school that doesn't count)
