Cal Lu just pissed away the lead against La Verne.  Pick-six for LV, then on the next possession Cal Lu's QB gets strip-sacked and LV gets it inside the 15 and punch it right in.

La Verne beats Cal Lu 28-27.  There is absolutely no other way to put it than Cal Lu crapped this one away 100%.  Cal Lu has some serious work to do with their o-line or they are going to go 4-5 for the 5th year in a row.  Just an awful game.

Really had some high expectations for Cal Lu this season, but they absolutely threw away the La Verne game. Pick Six and a fumble late in the fourth put La Verne back in it. Then the Kingsmen miss a short field goal that would have been the game winner. Then Cal Lu gets the ball back on La Verne's 40 and then Adam Friedrichsen takes a terrible sack and pretty much ends the game.

Agreed but, Cal Lu had two starters on the offensive line out with injury in this game, will need those guys back ASAP. They have plenty of play makers on defense and some really good skill players on offense. Oh and they really need to recruit a kicker good lord.

All credit to La Verne for pulling it out but man did the the Kingsmen really give them that one
