Hello Cat fans. Cats dodged a bullet there.

Get down early in each game and then can only run is not a recipe for a good season for Pacific. More sacks on this drive for the Cats than in the first two games.

wow--overtime at LaVerne--Claremont kicks a FG--LaVerne has 4th and 8 from the 25ish--they decide not to kick a FG--pass into the endzone--diving catch for the TD to win the game.

George Fox loses on a missed PAT in overtime at UPS 24-23   :o

My God.
yeah...  at first I thought "man, without the turnovers, Willamette would kind of sort of be in this game...."  that was in the 1st quarter.

yeah.  Defense seems a little softer, right?

I think so. As does the OL. WR core is not as talented. Erickson seems to be missing people more often as well (WR aren't helping, but aren't solely responsible). Overall, just not quite as good. But they lost big time players in all of those areas (OL/DL/WR) and so only taking a small step back is still a decent sign of a healthy program IMO.

Well, it's early but Pios D stuffs the Rats offense on the first possession and then scores on a big play to take a 6-0 (PAT was not good) lead
