Oxy's improvement continued against La Verne with QB Greaves passing for 300 yards again. His final pass from La Verne's 30 yard line, which got intercepted in the end zone, would have set up Oxy for overtime. La Verne won 27-20.


Next season, I reckon it's highly unlikely that Oxy will be winless in SCIAC games. Greaves is a Senior, but still has a year of eligibility remaining if he stays for another degree.


Upcoming Cal-Lutheran hosting Redlands features QB's who have the two highest passer efficiency ratings in the conference. Redlands needs a solid win to have any chance of getting a playoff slot, but CLU will play tough in the Battle for the Smudge Pot.

Got the Redlands/Cal Lu pregame streaming--it looks like they are playing at Oxy because it's pretty dark on the field...I think the lights are slowly kicking in though
