That was when I got reacquainted to my alma mater. Being far away, pre-internet, I had only occasional reports sent to me by friends before that.

we're not back yet but, hopefully, headed there.

Thomas Downey High School in Modesto. We won last night 70 -13 for the school's third perfect (10-0) regular season. On to the playoffs.

I graduated from Roseville High back in my day and continue to follow the area football teams.  We used to play Folsom, had one of my  best games against those guys even though I was mediocre at best.
